Riplees is made in small batches in our state of the art, award winning Alberta plant. Regional, Canadian human grade ingredients from fertile Canadian farms are utilized for all products. Hormone free New Zealand Lamb and Canadian Free Range chickens are our principal ingredients. We also use whole brown rice, fruits, vegetables, ginseng, kelp, green tea, and Yucca Shidigera.
• Yucca Schidigera: Helps the micro flora system of your pet's gastrointestinal tract to better digest the food and assimilate the nutrients. It has also been shown to effectively reduce fecal odour intensity by 20-30%. Cat owners particularly appreciate this because it significantly reduces litter box odour.
The ingredients are cooked slowly locking in vital nutrients and natural aromas. Riplees Ranch food is all naturally preserved using vitamin E, C and Rosemary. There are no artificial colours, flavours or sugars added. All products are date stamped and arrive at your door within weeks of production. Being from Alberta, we are also the most locally made kibble available.
• Please note: Ripless Ranch contains ingredients not typically found in pet food and can cause upset when abruptly introduced to your pets diet. It is important to switch to Ripless Ranch slowly by mixing Ripless Ranch pet food into the old pet food and gradually increasing the amount of Riplees Ranch food over a 10 day period. As well, Ripless Ranch is very rich compared with most foods. Feeding amounts are typically 1/4 to 1/3 LESS than old food. Therefore feeding amounts must be cut back by 1/4 to 1/3 or weight gain can occur.
